We offer a free consultation which we believe is the best way for you to find out more about the gym, us, and our working methodology.

1) CONSULTATION 

We will discuss your fitness goals, habits and lifestyle to find out what you are looking to achieve and let us help you create a positive change in your life.

2) BODY COMPOSITION ANALYSIS

We are equipped with the INBODY 270 which is a machine that measures body composition through a method called bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA). 

Quickly measure fat mass, muscle mass, and body water levels. No dunking. No pinching. No discomfort. Simply stand on the device and hold the hand electrodes, great to keep an accurate track of your monthly improvements.

3)  MOVEMENT SCREENING

We will perform a movement screening to ensure that you have a solid movement foundation and can take on more complex exercises or demanding activities

4)  FINAL REVIEW

We will review the assessment with all the relevant information to ensure which is the most efficient plan before starting your journey.
